Deliveries and returns
Delivery:
The ordered products are sent to the delivery address that you indicate when ordering. Thank you for providing a complete address.
The delivery time is as follows:
- 2 to 5 days for metropolitan France
- 3 to 7 days for deliveries in Europe (outside Metropolitan France).
The delivery costs, at the expense of the customer (the purchaser) are as follows:
Standard delivery in Metropolitan France
- 5 euros for an order up to 69€.
- Postage is free for orders over 70€.
International delivery (Europe and Switzerland)
The shipping costs amount to 10 euros.
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery of your articles, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
Items are not refundable but redeemable within 14 days of delivery of your products.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused (unported) and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return a product, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] in order to validate the return. We will provide you with the shipping address.
The shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
